Have trouble saying simple words like "yes" or "no" sometimes

Have trouble saying simple words like "yes" or "no" sometimes Just a mini rant, when I can be very anxious I have trouble even saying "yes" "no" or "thank you." It's embarrassing and I was wondering how to stop this?
