Blocking on the phone

Blocking on the phone Hello guys.The last couple of months talking on the phone has been nothing short of a nightmare,but I am motivated to overcome it.Are there any strategies to overcome blocking,specifically on the phone?Overall,my speaking has been unpleasant in person too,but I can hide it somehow,but on the phone it is absolutely apocalyptic.
