Phenibut helps with the social anxiety, but CBT is really the best for that. Finding a good therapist helped a lot, but the biggest breakthroughs came from just putting myself out there a lot and slowly gaining confidence. As for the body language stuff like talking louder, that’s really a habit you need to practice. But it gets easier to do so with confidence.
