I’m okay around the people I’m usually around but I have the hardest time around my dad. I grew up with him paying so much attention about my stutter, and he is where I got my stutter from. Stuttering in front of him makes me wonder if he is embarrased or ashamed of me, or himself for giving me stutter. I always prepare myself and am on alert when I’m with him, this is where I talk the weirdest but maybe stutter less. In my life I’ve always preferred less stuttering over everything else when it comes to my speech. I hate my stutter.
