i like the thought of speech practice as being any other form of exercise. i spend 20 minutes, two times a day, reading articles or poetry or course sheets on sounds that give me difficulty using speech techniques that i learned from a course. i think reading out loud would work similarly. i also like to meditate for ten minute sessions where i just focus on full and even breathing. i can't necessarily say it helps, but it makes me feel like i'm working on my communication skills and the meditation relaxes me for sure!
