"All pain in life can almost always be traced back to you not accepting what is" As hard as it is to swallow... you stutter. Now thats not saying you'll be ar the severity forever. You can forsure work on it to bring it down to a very minimal stutter that only rears its head every once in a while. But there's a lot of stuff you are resisting, a lot of past experiences that didn't go the way you wanted it to go. And that's what leads to bottled up rage that gets exposed here on reddit. If I were in your shoes (since I am someone who has overcame his stutter) I would start letting out as much emotion as you can. Do you know how to do that?
