Same happened to me. I was not able to say "ambulatory" (I work in the medical field as a national trainer). I practiced saying that work over and over again for 2 hours straight for a week. When it was time to say it in a real time application, I said it with no problems. When you train your brain to do something, it will do it automatically. Just my 2 cents
