Ok, thats totally fair - dairy and grains Im sure have a place in a healthy and well-balanced diet, so I want to say Im not trying to ascertain your "health" or make you feel like youre unhealthy or anything like that. My point in asking about those 3 foods, is that all 3 contain exogenous opiates, 'exorphins'. What does that mean? Well, opiates do a few things. Most specifically, they increase prolactin -> this causes the "female phenotype" of fat deposition on the hips, waist and breasts. Secondly, when prolactin is raised, dopamine is lowered. 3rd, the presence of undigested opiates tends to be marked by increased mucous production, which can play a role in sleep apnea. Goat dairy has 1/10th the exorphins of cow dairy. Potatoes and rice have none of the opiate properties of wheat. Perhaps try replacing cow with goat, and wheat with rice/potatoes, and see how you feel? This, along with eliminating ammonia w/ non-starchy fruit, and lowering serotonin, are what I focus on for my speech, and my speech is improved probably close to 95% when adopting these dietary protocols. Cheers man! There are always things we can do...
