Yeah same! In my Master's Qualification exam, I did a presentation on my thesis proposal with a very noticeable stutter. The chair of the committee then proceeded to comment on the content of my proposal like nothing happened, acknowledging the strengths and patiently pointing out areas to improve on. I was super grateful and felt very heard and understood.
