Great comment! Question: What can we do if we use affirmations suggested by OP, while desensitizing to such **pressure** that you pointed out? (e.g., **pressure** to speak more fluently, time **pressure**, social **pressure** or other kinds of pressure/expectations) Is it more effective to face such pressure head-on, or to avoid it? If we avoid pressure, can we still learn to not care about such pressure? If not, what are the alternatives? Is it effective to re-define our perception of such pressure? (e.g., focusing on maintaining fluency doesn't imply that we need to fix speech errors - focusing on maintaining fluency is what we already do during choral speech e.g., to keep up with the speech rhythm of the group)
