Anyone here experience with singing while you talk

Anyone here experience with singing while you talk Anyone here have insights they can share? When does it work and when doesnt it work for you? If I fully go in a melodic tone I have 0 stutters. I kinda do it half, or not even half, which makes me still stutter- because my brain knows im still talking in a monotone voice and manipulating it. Its also easier to talk with a subtle rhytm when In low stress situations ​
