Having a stutter sucks and so does job hunting. I get being depressed by the process. However what you're proposing is also not productive. A physical resume will get trashed as will one where you offer to work for half the salary. Don't devalue yourself. Apply how jobs want you to for any jobs you can make the commute. I would also reach out to friends, family, or your school network, even a Facebook post can help. There is also likely a temp agency in your area. Getting short term jobs through them might be the quickest way to get a pay day.
