Bout 8 months ago i got denied at meps for usmc. I had to apply for an Exception to Policy waiver. After that 8 months they finally got back to me and said I had to say the 11 general orders without stuttering. I did that and gotta wait a little longer to hear the results but I am confident for the first time in a while.
