All. The.time. however, I've recently started analyzing my stuttering patterns, which btw I should've done long time back. I've noticed that many other factors affect my level of anxiety during those conversations. To name a few, how much sleep I've had previous night, my caffeine intake, my stress levels, etc, all played part. Currently, I'm on a journey to calm myself down by stopping all caffeine, getting enough sleep, drinking calming herbal teas, etc. I've started meditating 10-15 minutes per day or as needed, doing short yoga every morning. I've also started reaching out to friends and families to practice speaking more.... and yes, I've started experiencing more 'good' speech days, and less of the 'bad' ones. I'm hoping this positive feedback loop will help me get rid of the deep rooted anxiety.
