Professional help, so a good speech therapist and a psychotherapist. Regular sport and other activities like meditation to help manage the stress, preferably in a team/group setting to meet people. Also self acceptance and doing things despite your stuttering, both of these are hard, but even small victories are victories. Also accepting that there is no real cure, but that you can become better and better at handling it (here is where professional help is important in my opinion). You can reach a level where you'll be comfortable speaking with stuttering and hopefully accepting that stuttering is part of you but it doesn't define who you are. You might reach fluency, some reach it, but there's no guarantee that the stuttering won't come back, the brain is a complicated machine.
