Ah, I am glad you get it))) And — I am very probably autistic (undiagnoded because no one cares, not bc no one notices) I struggle to make eye contact in general and it seems to affect how people react to me in person. What I do unconsciously is tilt my head back and look up, I noticed I tend to speak with my chin up in general.
