It is difficult to go through life with a server stutter. For me, I attended many SLP's with little or no help. It was not until I joined a programme for people who stutter run by people who stutter that I had lasting results. It's not an easy journey but with time and effort and hard work, I now enjoy speaking and accept myself as a person working hard to overcome my stutter.
