Anyone also so frustrated they just can’t express themselves? I was in the restaurant with family and I wanted to get the dessert card (menu) and I didn’t have one at my table and my uncle had one and he didn’t want to show me (why idk) and he told me to get my own, kind of rude. I wanted to explain why I don’t have my own and then he said ‘look at your own!’, I wanted to express myself but I couldn’t because of my fucking speech block. I felt the anger boiling inside of me and wanted to hit myself for some reason. I couldn’t get my words out and my uncle saw my face and looked at me with a weird face.
