I always have a stutter, some days are better than others. The first week I was nervous, but settled in shortly after. Leadership never acknowledged my stutter, but kept me up to date on my good stats, which helped me build confidence. Out of 100's of calls only a single digit number of callers acknowledged it. Usually just said "can you repeat that?" Or similar.
