I totally agree with you. I think stutter must be categorized into the disabilities since it's a recurring and untreatable handicap for the time being. So I can't figure out why stutter is not a disability and to keep deceiving ourselves that stutter is treatable, stutter is just a psychological disorder, stutter doesn't matter and etc. They are all just white lies. IMO stutter is a decent disability and supposed to earn patients the disabled pensions, walfares, certificates and so on, just like blind, deaf, retard.
