I keep getting rejected, interview after interview

I keep getting rejected, interview after interview Short rant: It's so frustrating because almost every application I have submitted in the past month has lead to an interview. Then after I stumble my way through a 1 hour long video interview you can tell from the tone of their voice that they are no longer interested. My stutter isn't the most severe. I get stuck on certain words for a second or two, but it feels like anything short of a perfectly fluent speech is seen as you being defective and worth less than someone who speaks fluently. Being upfront with it doesn't help either since it turns into a reverse Russian roulette whether or not the interviewer thinks it's an inherit character flaw or is willing to look past it.
