Hi Neraiki, I completely understand who you feel. A big hug to you, brother 🤗. I'm gonna try to assume some substances, that I read could help to stutter less and alleviate the symptoms. Like CBD oil with THC, NAC or others. I also have a list of tools that improve my mood (random order): - sport - meditation - talk out loud to my self reframing my thoughts in a more positive way (what I've learned in the last months, what I am grateful for, ecc..) - journaling - social interaction with friends. Go out and don't spend too much time at home. - do what I said I was going to do (if I don't do those things that I promised to myself.. my self esteem is hit negativity)
