I mean stuttering often is a sign of mental underdevelopment and nervousness. But I can add a good (?) representation of stuttering. Black Noir in The Boys. His little animated buddy stutters in season 3. I mean, it IS most likely that he got this speech impediment from when Soldier Boy almost killed him, but I do like to think that Black Noir is actually able to speak but chooses not to to not stutter. Which is why he writes everything down. And I mean look at the dude. Black Noir can singlehandedly take on Supes like it's nothing even when the odds are against him
