Struggling A lot

Struggling A lot I’ve tried numerous things with my speech and today it was just the worst it’s been. I had a call with someone and I couldn’t complete a single sentence without any repetition or block. I also have a networking event coming up and for obvious reasons, I tend to struggle with those a lot. Any advice or motivation would help.
