I strongly urge you to start journaling. I'll tell you what I journaled about but you should decide for yourself. I began to feel burned out in my job and I started writing about what I would love to do. Eventually I designed the building (inside) and copious amounts of details as well as naming it. The process got me excited about who I was and what I love. Despite not following through with it, my high stress was reduced enough to continue with an increased confidence in myself. Write about what you truly want, need, desire....in some manner. Make poems, write music, and prose in your journal. Draw pictures...express yourself. I hope you can find your way.
