I tried it out for roughly one week but ultimately stopped because of side effects, mainly quite severe „Restless Legs“ or „Akathisia“, but I heard that’s rather uncommon. In that timeframe I didn’t notice any big changes in my fluency, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t work for you. So good luck and please report back!
