Mostly psychological, although I did double-dip into biology at a couple points and compared it with my own experiences (particularly with regards to the link between FAS and stuttering, and how that ties in with psychology) having a younger brother with the same kind of stutter. Including personal experiences made the exposition pretty easy for me. It was easy to find examples to tie sections together and provide context.
