Sick of this. Life could be so easy. I was always an articulate kid and still am, during the moments I don't stutter. Then at 15, my stutter developed out of nowhere. It got worse over the years, and I've been largely forced to be reclusive and had to lower my expectations a whole lot. For everyone in the same boat, remember most people don't understand what we go through and can't appreciate the fight we have to put up with each day. We should be proud of ourselves for giving our best and coping as best as we can. I'm trying to get into coding right now so I can work from home. Especially during Covid, employers usually don't give you the time of day if you are a stuttering mess on the phone. They always assume you to be retarded or disrespectful in some way. I've had it with all the disappointment.
