That’s great that you’re going to your local NSA chapter. Is there a particular speaking situation that is tough at the moment? For really difficult speaking situations some people find speaking with a mentronome helpful (there are small wearable vibrating metronomes that you can wear). May or may not be of interest to you, but for some people this helps in a tough situation.
