Hello fellow stutterer and abilify user here! It helps alot for me too. Not just in my speech, but in regulating my emotions, having patience and getting less frustrated. For me, my speech problem felt like an attack. Jae clenching, head nodding, etc...the abilify made me stop clenching and blocking all the time. Also I'm bipolar. Glad it helps you! Take care!
