A conclusion i reached. I have come to the conclusion that the only solution to my misery is that i just stutter. If i want to make a phone call , i make the phone call ,i will stutter , yes fuck it. looking like an idiot and having people laugh at me and make fun of me is better than living like a fucking shadow. no techniques work for me , my stutter is awful and so is my life , this is the only solution.
