NOE-105 Completed Phase 2B Trials - Now at 56% PTSR NOE-105 is a drug in clinical testing to evaluate its therapeutic effects on stuttering. I know a couple of folks in this subreddit were in the trials and said they hadn't seen much of a benefit - but I suspect that either they were either (1) in the control group or (2) in Phase 2A trials before dosage and other parameters were tweaked more recently in 2B trials to fine tune drug efficacy. 56% PTSR (Phase Transition Success Rate) means that there is a 56% chance that NOE-105 will go into Phase 3 trials. This is up from 45% most recently. I don't think that any stuttering drugs have ever moved to phase 3 before. :)
