how do you overcome the block type of stuttering? I have the pause and prolongation type of stuttering, the pausing is the one I struggle with the most though, to where when I try to say something I get stuck, I just can't get it out and I just sit there with my mouth open and it's like I'm on pause, It makes me feel like a fucking weirdo and is the reason why I have social anxiety, I'm even anxious to be around my friends because I can't talk, something that comes naturally to everyone else but me, is there anything I can do to overcome blocks and pauses? It just looks fucking pathetic and I just want to be able to socialize with my friends and people in general and not have to worry about going through pauses that last for 5-10 seconds.
