SLP here. Others have said it, go see your primary care physician (PCP) or a teledoc. With any sort of blunt force trauma, you want to go in early. Until you've been looked at by them, its not possible to deferentially diagnose (it would fall outside the scope of an SLP, PT, OT, etc).
