I used to be in same position a few months ago, basically what works for me is I just let go of fear, I just stop caring about what other people think and I project a positive attitude and a steady state of mind, also going to the gym I find helps, physical activity eating right helps. Sometimes when I feel like I would block I would just stop and streamline into the word. What exact difficulties do you face? It's more a speech / air flow pattern I do that helped me get rid of it
