Social anxiety, for me, doesn't go away by putting yourself out there. I expose myself everyday and this is my last resort. It's just a tool to take the edge off. Also, prozac is an ssri and is relatively safe compared to other antidepressants, as my doctor mentioned. Thanks for your concern though.
