i don't know what the hell you're on about, why is it impossible in your mind for someone to overcome their stutter? 5 years ago my stutter was pretty bad and i couldn't say a scentence without some massive block. now however it's virtually gone thanks to time and effort. ofc i'm not saying that everyone can cure themselves as i have done but i don't understand why you can't accept that? maybe she genuinely felt for you as a former stutterer?
