On my 40th birthday, I named mine "Oscar- the grouch". He would pop up 24/7 with the most hateful, negative and egregious remarks. He controlled my life for 35 years until I gave him a name and then I took back control. I spent 2 years in personal development, spent thousands of dollars on workshops, trainings and self-development courses to learn what I could be now that I am in control. I learned to step out of my comfort zone and I learned from my failures while celebrating my wins 🏆 building up my confidence. My key 🔑 is not caring what people thought of me and my stutter.
