Sometimes? But I think I'm subconsciously gaslighting myself into believing someone is still listening to me even when I'm alone lol. Usually happens when I'm purposely and consciously trying to read something fluently But when my brain is on autopilot and I'm not even thinking about my speech then I speak fluently
