Is there anything I can do about my stuttering?

Is there anything I can do about my stuttering? I'm 15 years old and have been suffering from stuttering since I was 10. The type that I have is the Pausing/blocking form. I'll try to say something and can't get it out, I'll just pause and just stand there with my mouth open like a fucking retard. sometimes people will pronunce things for me and it makes me feel stupid. Is there any trick I can use to stop this speech Deficit, I'm really desperate for a solution? I want to talk to people but I choose not too because I know I can't talk normally. It has fucked up my social life.
