> What eats away at me is people saying they don't mind that I stutter, or generally being supportive. Makes me feel that much worse about hating myself for stuttering. You might want to consider seeing a (traditional) counselor about this. You can (and maybe should) start to work through those feelings of hopelessness and self-loathing apart from your stutter.
