It's a mental game. Different things help different people because stutters are unique. One thing that helped me mentally face my stutter was my first breakup. I was alone and needed to "get out there." This gave me motivation to just go talk the best I could and try not to let my stutter make me feel bad about myself. Since then, I'm more comfortable stuttering, but some days still suck. Anyways, do whatever you think you need to do in order to be comfortable with your stutter. You got it!
