Good for you x2. If they use it against you, that’s a toxic work environment and even if it is your dream job, your colleagues would end up making it miserable. That being said, I wouldn’t be shocked if a few colleagues try to use it against you, there are toxic individuals everywhere after all. But if most of them are decent people, those few people won’t really be able to do much about that and they will be the ones ending isolated. I know because this is literally what is happening to me at work now 😅 one colleague tried to mess w me because of my stutter and other things, but the rest of the team saw her for what she was being. And now she is the one in problems w them, not me :)
