Hey! I’ve stuttered all my life, I’m currently 22 and studying to become a SLP (which is ironic). I still have huge troubles with plosives as well, much like B P and D, what I’ve developed that’s helped me is say a filler sound or word to kinda help jumpstart the flow of my speech. Because I’ve noticed I stutter really badly when I start out speaking stuttering. So try saying a filler sound like “mmmm please pass me the cake” or “um dude that’s so cool!” Instead of just trying to push out “dude that’s so cool!” Hope that helps!
