It's not tourettes. There's unfortunately a lot of bad speech therapy out there, most don't know how to help stuttering or even understand it. I'm sorry you had shitty experiences. Im able to cope after learning how to not fight by stutter and let it happen. But it took a lot of very good speech therapy to get me to this place.
