I'm a lifelong stutterer and my husband now has Parkinsons, which has given him his own stutter. If I saw that flag in my neighborhood I would cut it down or throw paint on it. I know vandalism is not the way but this is the worst insult, not only to Biden but to all of us with fluency difficultys. It may be a joke for Biden's last days in office but it's a slap in the face to us.
