I actually enjoy talking a lot, especially if it's a topic I'm really interested in. But it's frustrating wanting to say something about a topic and in your head you know exactly what you want to say, but then out loud not being able to say it. Happens a lot especially with a group of people. Perfect example: Went out with some friends to see a movie. Afterwards, we all went to a restaurant and while waiting for our food, we all discussed the movie. My friends were all talking up a storm about the actors, their favorite scenes, etc. And all I could do was chime in here and there saying things like "I thought he played this character well." or "How about that ending fight scene?" You know these all seem like pretty blank statements not really adding much to the conversation. I wanted to say so much more, talk up a storm as much as my friends were but due to my stutter, I just couldn't. So yes, I do enjoy talking but when I am not able to, it makes me feel bad and just not want to sometimes.
