I think that I have the exact same problem that you, something that induces the valsalva mecanism in certain situations and can't get my words out. My question regarding the potassium is...do you mean 4.2 g of elemental potassium? Or 4.2 g of the whole supplement that obviusly contains less grams of elemental Potassium? Thanks in advance! Regards
