If your secondary behaviors include frowning, you need to let your students know that. Otherwise, they'd scared to ask you questions. Add some intentional natural pauses to your speech. Professors who do not pause ever are exhausting. Know you have the authority to say "hold on. let me finish." if a student interrupt you mid-sentence. Voluntary stutter in the beginning to help reduce your anxiety.
