Life would actually get better, more happier, more talkative but your sex life would be non existence even with the prescriptions. Imagine being able to say and express whatever you want anywhere and anytime. I was on it for 3 yrs which i was single. I stopped taking it after i got married. If i was single i would take it every day. The ED and weight gain doesnt bother me. Im always active. It really depends. Each person is different. Some people camt handle the side effect and gave up.
